click on images for larger image.THIS HAS BEEN SOLD ! LINKS ARE STILL GOOD FOR MANUALS THOUGH.The EMCO F-1 CNC Mill is an older well-crafted Austrian made precision CNC table mill. These types were used extensively in school CNC training programs. This mill started out in such a program and was bought as a pair by a local machinist and used lightly. We bought it and started upgrading the controller. This model does NOT have the PC interface card in the controller as upgrading stopped before the card was purchased and installed. The table mill does not have the capability to work with the larger pieces we need for production. This table mill does NOT use liquid coolant. It works well with cheaper HSS cutters, materials that can be cut with this mill are;wood aluminum plastic These types of mills use stepper motors for movement and the motors and table in this mill is in very good shape minus some surface rust on table (a stone will take care of that). This mill is completely functional using the controller that it comes with. Even though it HAS NOT been upgraded for use with PC the PC , cable, monitor, keyboard, and mouse are included. This mill also includes two tool holders, a precision vise, and home made work piece holder. So this is what you are buying; 1 X working and in very good shape CNC table mill 1 X working older CNC controller (minus back cover plate) all controls , buttons, and switches are on the face and functional. This controller NEEDS to be upgraded to be used with the PC. 2 X tool holders 1 X precision vise 1 X home made work piece holder. 1 X working PC with windows 1 X monitor 1 X keyboard 1 X mouse ASKING PRICE $1500.00 Or Best Offer. The mill is located in Niles, in the southwest corner of Michigan, 13 mi North of South Bend, Ind. Local pick-up ONLY. For EMCO F-1 manual click here. For EMCO F-1 Service manual click here. WelSoft makes the Controller upgrade and CNC Software for their information click here. an alternative to EMCO Controller upgrade is HobbyCNC's controller it doesn't have all the contol knobs but it gives greater function to the mill, is PC capable, and costs way less, for more information click here. |
